Corporate Account Manager

Our comprehensive range of trolleys, bins, pallet trucks, ladders lift trolleys and storage equipment is comprised of many items manufactured by Reflex Equip. Reflex Equip holds a unique position in the Australian market having over many years built strong relationships with major manufacturers and suppliers to provide our comprehensive range. This range of materials handling, lifting and storage equipment includes electric hoists, slings, cranes, waste bins, laundry trolleys, cool room shelving and clothes lockers. 

About the role:

  • Reflex Equip has recently moved into a new State of the Art Facility at Wetherill Park NSW and is looking to expand its presence and is looking for an experienced Account Manager/Business Development Manager responsible for growing, managing and servicing existing and potential customers in the Greater Sydney area to generate and achieve set sales budgets.
  • Build relationships with customer key stakeholders.
  • Plan, prioritise and call on customers utilising monthly call lists.
  • Respond to requested calls in an agreed time frame with the customer.
  • Ensure all quotes are followed up effectively.
  • Sales reporting procedures to be completed and communicated to Head Office on a regular basis,
  • Promote the goods and services of the Company at all times.
  • Support the Internal Sales team and the Reflex Equip Manager as required.

Role requirements

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Industrial Sales Background preferably in material handling.
  • External sales experience, building customer relationships and managing a territory or group of customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve/exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills in particular listening and comprehension backed up with good verbal and written skills.  Sound technical skills and/or experience to be able to interpret and understand Client/Customer needs.
  • Proficient PC skills including word, excel and outlook.

Internal Sales/Customer Service

Reflex Equip Wetherill Park NSW

Reflex Equip has recently moved into a new State of the Art Facility at Wetherill Park NSW and is looking to expand its presence and is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager responsible for growing, managing, and servicing existing and potential customers in the Greater Sydney area to generate and achieve set sales budgets.

About the role:

  • We are looking for TWO exceptional experienced sales/customer service people who are self-driven and motivated to help the company achieve its growth plans. One Full Time and one Part-Time (20-25 hours per week).   
  • The Internal Sales/Customer Service person is responsible for answering customer enquiries by telephone, email, online and the Sales Counter when required, in a timely and courteous manner whilst maintaining a high level of Customer Service and Satisfaction.
  • Processing sales orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Promote the goods and services of the Company at all times.
  • Support External Sales Representative and the Customer Service Manager.
  • Preparation and follow up of quotes in a timely manner.
  • General sales administration/logistic duties as required.
  • Abide by the occupational health and safety guidelines of Reflex.
  • Establish productive relationships with colleagues, including warehouse, and management to foster a good team environment.

Role requirements

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • The ability to be self-driven and motivated to be always looking for opportunities to improve the outcome of the sale and grow with the company's growth plans.
  • A Sales Background-preferably Industrial Sales.
  • Excellent communication skills in particular listening and comprehension backed up with good verbal and written skills.
