Free Standard Delivery:

• Free Delivery only applies to Qualifying Shipping Zones in the Metro NSW, Sydney, Wollongong, Gosford, Newcastle, ACT, Melbourne, Brisbane & Gold Coast areas.
• Once the order has been submitted, if our freight costs are substantially higher and free shipping is not eligible due to your location, we will contact you to discuss an additional delivery charge. A full refund will be issued if you choose not to accept the additional charge.
• Free Delivery only applies to orders over $399 + GST

Flat Rate Standard Delivery:

• A flat rate of $38.50 for any orders less than  $399 +  GST. Once the order has been submitted, if our freight costs are substantially higher, we will contact you to discuss an additional delivery charge. A full refund will be issued if you choose not to accept the additional charge.

• Metro (Excludes Hobart Metro) 3 - 5 business days
• Hobart Metro 5 - 8 business days
• Regional Areas 5 - 7 business days
• Remote Areas 5 - 9 business days

​Click And Collect:

You may elect to pick up your order. Optionally you may arrange a courier to pick up on your behalf.

Pick-up can be made at the following distribution centers. Please await confirmation of pick-up availability.

Returns:

• You must contact Reflex Equip by telephone, fax or email to arrange for a return. Returns (or notice of intention to return ) will only be accepted within 14 days of receipt of goods.
• Items must be in as new condition. Reflex Equip reserves the right to refuse the return of any goods if they appear used or are damaged in any way.

All products sold by Reflex Equip are covered with at least 12 Months of Local Warranty and Support.

Reflex's Trolleys are covered by 5 Years of Local Warranty and Support.
